New Food Industryは査読誌です。査読あり原著論文、総説、NOTE等、査読なし研究解説、製品解説、随想等を掲載しております。また、弊誌61巻からの原著論文、総説、解説等がEBSCO publishing社のデータベース、EBSCOに収載されております。EBSCO publishing社は様々な分野にわたる多数のデータベースを制作・販売している米国の会社です。EBSCOは、学術誌論文を中心とした学術情報の全文を検索できるオンライン・データベースですので、Ne Food Industryに掲載された論文の全文が海外からも検索・参照できるようになります。特に英語論文は世界中の人の目に触れる機会があります。抄録など海外の読者を念頭に置かれる場合には、英語で執筆されることをご考慮ください。弊誌への投稿で論文の国際化にご活用ください。投稿は随時受け付けておりますのでご投稿ください。
The New Food Industry is a peer-reviewed academic journal. It publishes peer-reviewed original research articles, review articles, and notes, as well as non-peer-reviewed research commentaries, product reviews, and essays. The journal's original articles, review articles, commentaries, and other content are included in the EBSCO database “EBSCO”. EBSCO is an online database enabling full-text searches of academic information (primarily journal articles). This allows full-text articles published in New Food Industry to be searched and viewed from overseas. English-language articles, in particular, have the opportunity to reach readers worldwide. When preparing abstracts and other materials intended for an international audience, please consider writing in English. We encourage the internationalization of your research through submission to our journal. We accept submissions at any time, so please consider submitting your work.
